Change Source Han Sans (links from GitHub, tar.bz2 for font-face with ttc, two links to non-HW and HW per lang for old PC)

[ ] use in font-face: https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/tree/release/OT Test that it would give all 5 locales in the browser accessible via CH/JP/... and can be used via "Source Han Sans" without postfix (switching locale would switch appearance). Recommended download for modern systems to install to system fonts is also this. [ ] on older PC use https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/tree/release/OTF (orig and HW) that has fonts named "Source Han Sans". write that if you need to have access to CH/JP names you would need to install https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/tree/release/SubsetOTF Give links for all installations but recommend to use posfix-less solutions via local.
