Pandoc loses image Caption when writing to Markdown (switching link_attributes force switches implicit_figures as well)

It was fixed upstream and tested by me - works.

But for some reason next paragraph after image with caption is not inside <p></p>. It needs testing if it's pandoc or pandoc-crossref fault.

Nope. It's the question of extra space in md after image. Let it slide.
