Each bullet point is meant to be a continuation of the sentence, each of them beginning with the bolded "Task user profile".

So for example the first 2 bullet points are meant to be interpreted as:

Target user profile has a need to manage a significant number of employees in a project management context.

Target user profile has a need to manage projects with multiple timelines.

In this sense, each bullet point is meant to be a continuation of the sentence, and hence the first letter shouldn't be capitalised since it would be mid sentence.

We would like to reject this bug with the above argument.

Reason for disagreement: It is not clear when reading that it is meant to be that way. Especially when Target user profile is preceded by a colon, which makes it seem like a list of sentences, which neccessarily have to have its first letter capitalized. To make this more clear, I suggest doing away with the colon or using a table similar but not identical to a user story table shown in the textbook:
