Kiwi Browser lagging on website, but not Chrome

The PhotoSwipe gallery on my website (https://dorians-gallery.pages.dev/) is lagging on Kiwi, but not on Chrome (maybe very slight lag, but not unusable). I think it worked fine in the past, but I don't know which version.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to https://dorians-gallery.pages.dev/post/0011_perseides
• Click on the first image to open PhotoSwipe
• Double tap the image to zoom in
• Drag to pan the image. This is extremely laggy for me.

I also tested a fresh install of the latest dev build and the issue persists. Panning is smooth in Chrome. Tested on Pixel 8.

Edit: seems to be related to the image size, since the PhotoSwipe examples are fine, just as https://dorians-gallery.pages.dev/post/0002_bees
