Web pages not loading after some time #1113

Describe the bug After some time of use, whatever you try to open and load doesn't work and when I open developer tools I see an error and the pages loading only in incognito tab.

Error: Not allowed to load local resource: chrome://new-tab-page

To Reproduce Trying to load specific page

Expected behavior I expect that the page will load, but nothing

Occuring for me too. It has been unusable for a few days.
