Describe the bug
I used to get notifications from the extension Mal-Sync whenever an anime/manga on my list gets a new episode/chapter. That doesn't work anymore even though i have notifications enable in the extension setting itself, for the browser itself, and in the site permissions. I also have battery usage set to unrestricted
To Reproduce
Wait for an episode/chapter update to happen
Expected behavior
Get push notifications on episode/chapter release

Additional context
It used a work a few months ago but i stopped using Kiwi and went to Firefox. Notifications for Mal-Sync worked on Firefox but they only come in after opening the browser. Kiwi used to send them even with the browser closed. I came back to Kiwi a few days ago because i can't stand Firefox on mobile but now Mal-Sync isn't giving me notifications at all I don't how long ago that issue started
