When installing any TTS extension I can't see any of the device's tts engines

To Reproduce Download any tts extension from the store for example (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/speakit-text-to-speech-fo/aljmkoflmjkklddjideacgmofobfkhkd) open settings

Expected: remote voices + local voices

Actual: only remote voices

What local voices do you expect, hopefully not the Microsoft ones from your screenshot?

I would expect to see the android local text to speech engine. The same one used by native apps.
