Extensions that require opening a new tab don't work in Incognito #930

Thanks for fixing the bug with the bookmarks. Unfortunately I came across another bug: extensions that require a new tab to be opened for certain features (such as uBlock when creating new filters, and Violentmonkey when loading new scripts) don't work in incognito. They work fine in "regular" mode, bjt since I use incognito a lot, this is a big problem.

After fiddling around some more, it turns out that uBlock doesn't in incognito mode anymore, period. This is the extension that I use the most. I'm permanently downgrading until this bug is fixed.
