Support for Android drag and drop 🎉 in RangeDatePicker #874

We have to use JS-based modal on Android (coverScreen=false in react-native-modal), because gestures are not working in native Modal (issue here: https://github.com/kmagiera/react-native-gesture-handler/issues/139). Also I had to use portal to move JS modal implementation to App root.

In the future, we could create Portal as a multi-platform component for web and mobile.
