docs: Add installation step in README and correct title in CONTRIBUTING #144

Description

I added a small section to install from pip, this should close #49 (other suggestion seems done)

(I also tried to fix the Submitting Pull Request section which is not rendering in Github but I'm not very familiar with rst)
