Implement Animations Editor #50

Currently we use an external program in order to open/dump/inject animation data, this should either be done natively within Rime or we have an editor + timeline in order to create animations within Rime. The first is probably easier and better to allow 3dsmax, maya, blender to handle the animations than doing it within Rime.
