Use kiwibnc account username as ident

I think an option to use kiwibnc account username as ident instead of network username can be useful for some kind of hosting (for example when you don't want allow username change to the user and you want a unique username for each users)

i think a config option to let always use kiwibnc account name is needed, now it look use my nickname as ident and not my kiwibnc account name (wich is admin)

H7-25 has userhost H7-25@ID-H7-25.cloud.bnc and real name “H7-25”
