Timeout and part #75

system identical to Jbnc:

bouncerTimeout: how long before any client is logged in the user will stay logged in

It only remains to create the option in config.ini

There is also the "/part #channel" to save the part without return

Is not possible disconnect user when has large idle?

For the other hand, I remove a user in the bcn (with node kiwibnc command) and the use still connected.

Is not possible disconnect user when is removed from the bcn?
