Final versioning / Remove downgraded versioning #43

Once we are happy with the quality of the automated builds on TestFlight, we can merge this PR, it will remove the "downgraded" versioning, so it will be the final one.

@BPerlakiH OK, so we will merge, please rebase on main and fix conflict and then I will proceed.
