Make ReadingList UI Consistent #1247

Now that #42 has merged, the reading list bar should match the aesthetics of the others. Otherwise, the app feels segregated and incomplete.

We would at least need to have:

  1. Same background color
  2. Same item height/size
  3. Same hover and scroller visuals

Thank you for assigning this to me...i have started working on this issue and will update you about the progress soon. Please let me know if there are any specific guidelines or details I should consider.
