Add better libzim versions with error catching #496

As an outcome of https://github.com/openzim/javascript-libzim/issues/64#issuecomment-1817950030, this PR is to test builds in a real-world scenario and app context. The currently committed packages are proof of concept (these solve the issue), but we need to await versions built on GitHub.
