[REGRESSION] In legacy UWP app, auto-reopening a folder of archives is broken #517

Probably due to the addition of webkitdirectory functionality for Firefox. This regression probably occurred a few releases ago, but wasn't picked up.

Auto-reopening a picked file is not affected, so the regression is not too serious but should be fixed.
