[Release] Wikivoyage by Kiwix (Linux/Windows) 3.2.2 #570

Wikivoyage by Kiwix is now at version 3.2.2.

The packages contain the April 2024 Wikivoyage English ZIM (wikivoyage_en_all_maxi_2024-04.zim), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG.

The Electron versions work with Windows 7/8/10/11 and Linux (including ARM64), while the UWP is for Windows 10/11. The Linux packages have been tested on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and OpenSUSE (32bit and 64bit).
