Wikimedia H5 headings have misplaced open/close arrow #578

Strangely, neither Kiwix JS nor Kiwix Serve are currently showing these open-close arrows.

EDIT: The reason they're missing in Kiwix Serve and Kiwix JS is due to https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/1915
