Add download button in the preview of ZIMs in library.kiwix.org #1083

Most users probably preview a ZIM before downloading, and thus it would make sense to have a download option somewhere in the preview; probably in the top-bar. I'll send a demo here once I've cloned the repo and made it.

Related to https://github.com/kiwix/libkiwix/issues/1040 but not exactly the same as here it is about a download button in the preview of zim file (top bar), not in library view.
