We need a network diagnosis tool to easily perform dig / nslookup / curl / ... queries.

This tool should be deployed on all cluster nodes so that it can very quickly be used and ready to compare nodes behaviors.

jonlabelle/network-tools seems to be a pertinent image.

Btw, this image has been successfully tested during #113 debugging.
