Our Wasabi config is not backed-up beside https://github.com/openzim/zimfarm/wiki/S3-Cache-Policy. We should be able to easily recreate the whole setup: users, groups, policies, buckets on Wasabi or another provider.
Instead of backing this up, we've decided it'd be wiser to create Terraform rules so our setup would be documented as code. Once done, we'd update our process to solely use TF rules to create/update config.
