library-demo-backend-app is using a lot of memory #133

The two kiwix-serve instances running behind dev.library.kiwix.org are using a lot of memory (up to around 15G each).

While this does not look like a memory leak (it looks like we are reaching a "plateau"), it is still a lot, especially when compared to production usage.
