9 months ago Fixed by removing HTTP Range check on large files (mb feature) which served no purpose for us and accidentally reduced the scan delay for all mirrors.
This mirror still experiences some Connection time out which we cannot do anything about and seem network related. Mirror is thus not entirely scanned but the situation is acceptable and we expect this to resolve in coming weeks (appeared a week ago).

Contacted mirror admin ; awaiting answer. If this can't be fixed in a reasonnable delay, we may want to disable the mirror.
