Changes:

deploy the test website for warc2zim to our k8s cluster

I've not tested this change so we can expect it to not work as intended, but I would like that we agree first at least on following items (and other stuff might be spotted as wrong as well by the review):

target DNS names: test-website.kiwix.org and tést-wébsite.kiwix.org
namespace: test

This is openzim so it should be on openzim.org. Invoking @kelson42 as he's attentive to those but I'd suggest website.test.openzim.org and wébsite.test.openzim.org

Yes but that's not what you have in the PR

Changes addressed.

Deployed and merged, website running at https://website.test.openzim.org, feel free to reopen this PR if something needs to be changed.
