Setup an automated deletion of old hidden ZIMs #234

Should we automatically delete old hidden ZIMs in dev, custom_apps, endless?

I think that keeping the two last versions for custom_apps and endless is the proper way to go.

For dev I think we should not delete old ZIMs automatically, there are situation were it helps to be able to go back to an old ZIM.

In fact, I've posted my issue too fast. I think we should apply the same policy to all our books: https://wiki.openzim.org/wiki/ZIM_Updates#How_many_files_do_we_need_to_keep.3F

I'm not involved in content so my opinion may be completely off but using the same policy for both tested/verified/published ZIMs and ZIMs that are to-be-tested seems odd.
