Stop requesting external Web fonts to Google, Cloudflare, Fontawesome.com #147

It seems (from my blocker extension) that www.kiwix.org needs external Web fonts from:

Google
Fontawesome
Cloudflare

Usually this approach is used to deliver quickly, but:

This is a privacy concern because it leaks a lot of information about the visitor
Considering that these font should be cached and are small files, the performance improvement in neglictible
