for listing card it's container should be a ul tag and the listing card should be wrap inside li tag
Card heading should be h2 tag it should also be clickable h2>a
app store link should be anchor tag and it should have following attribute target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"
download button should be an anchor tag and download attribute should be used
When clicked on kiwix and custom app button the url should be changed eg: example.com/?app-type="kiwix" and below data should be changed using ajax.
