Deploy latest version of Kiwix-server with OPDS feed #215

I see that dev.library.kiwix.org has an Atom feed following https://github.com/kiwix/libkiwix/pull/882 back in February, but it isn't yet available on library.kiwix.org. Any reason?

libkiwix has still not neen released, this is the reason.
