Remove the "Electron" button from "Wikivoyage for Android" #224

There is no such thing as Electron for Android. The button shouldn't be there. 🙀

If you follow the suggestion in #221 of having a dedicated "Electron" entry in the dropdown for custom apps, then the two tiles for that category (WikiMed Electron and Wikivoyage Electron) can explain which OS's they work on (currently Linux and Windows).

Damn, it disappeared on my screen but not when I visit via private window. I need to figure that one out somehow.
