Update note on Keep API #127

Alas, the Keep API only appears to be available to Enterprise accounts, not personal accounts. (The oauth2 scope needed to authenticate to the API is not actually visible publically.)

Oh, thanks for checking. I want to update the Readme a bit, so I'll merge and make addn edits.
