What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.in setting list, the provider is succesfully changed to any provider 100% and
4/4 and no error)
2.when checking at actual it still says gsm.sim.operator.numeric
3. it's on a asus tf700t, does not have a real sim card
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
