Market Enabler not working on Android 4.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app with root permissions.
2. Save the default settings.
3. Move to select carrier and choose preferred one.
4. App says that the process is successful.
5. Open Play Store.
6. Content is the same as before i.e. without running market enabler. Unable to 
view location restricted content.

The app was working great until Android 4.1 but ever since i upgraded to 4.1.2 
and now 4.2 i have not been able to view the play store and it's contents as 
previously.

Currently running market enabler v3.1.1.3 on a Galaxy Nexus with Factory Image 
JOP40D.
