UI for search_glycan_sequence.action shows search position options incorrectly #40

Describe the general problem:

current options are:
1) anywhere
2) core
3) terminii

options available should be:
1) anywhere
2) core
3) terminii
4) core + terminii

it's possible to give a search substruct anchored to both NRed and Red
terminii (it's actually quite useful)
