Volume Flow Rate in Gallons as well as Liters #1373

I'd like to see the option to use Gallons when setting up Volume Flow Rate as well as Liters. Also should be able to convert Liters to Gallons instead of just the time periods. You do give the option to use Fahrenheit and feet elsewhere, so...

This is obviously more of an enhancement and as it's not a big deal once you get used to seeing flow rates in Liters, but I have sensor boxes deployed which I coded to send gallon/minute readings to MQTT which I'm now incorporating into Mycodo. Changing the program on a couple of them will be problematic due their location.

For now I'll just add (GPM) to the description, though the "l/min" is automatically added after the reading on the "Live Readings" page and there is no way to do a custom value.

Never mind. I found where I can configure measurements in Settings.
