Will this work outside europe and the americas??

So I am getting the latitude and longitude in the serial monitor, but no information on TTN. Also on the serial monitor it shows "TTN join failed", how do i rectify this? I am using the Lilygo TTGO Meshtastic T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 915mhz

Hello, any one can help with this? I am using a public gateway as I do not have money to get my own gateway, so I will appreciate any help to tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks in Advance.
