Support items

Allow for the purchse, use, and effect of items.

Current thought is to have 3 classes of items - attack, defense, and boost

Attack:

• leech seed: steal some power from incoming upvotes
• downvote bomb: everyone in contenders (or your power vicinity) get X downvotes
• decrease upvote effect
• scout: get a report of rant's power and active items. Or gain ability to see rant powers for period of time. Or gain ability to see specific rant's power for longer period of time.
• percent of power damage

Defense:

• anti-scout
• decoy power supply: attacks drain from this power supply first

Boost:

• extra item slots (if we have item slots)
• increase upvote effect
• contender list jump
• increase likelihood of being chosen for random slots in contender list
• jump to next level
• increase bok production rate
