User options to sort contenders? #208

First of all, do we want it?

If so, what are the sorting options?

Power
Age: old - new
Age: new - old
Power/Age ("Trending"): consider the age = 0 case. Does this devolve to basically sort by age?
upvote/view ("Hot"): Easy to manipulate if we don't define "view" appropriately
upvote/downvote ("Performance"): consider the no downvote case

For all of these consider that they might result in many way ties.

How would we handle page refreshes? Would we want to refresh on the same contender page and with the same sort? If so, sorts have to be added to the string query or pushState.

Agreed: Yes, we want it. And, yes, we have to maintain both page and sort.
