No contenders No winner No user rants with specific filters No user activity with specific filters No contenders in power graph

Do something nicer than just adding text. Create a div, get some nice font, etc. Basically, make the site seem fun and polished even when it's failing.

In the case of winners, provide a link to the previous winner.
