Thoughts on a separate "site" for NSFW content and users? #252

I'm thinking about the reporting system and what people might want to report. I have NSFW rants, NSFW usernames, NSFW profile pics, and NSFW titles. It almost doesn't make sense to allow NSFW content at all if we are trying so hard to censor it. For example, how can we censor a NSFW title? We can display NSFW instead of the title, but then we might as well not show the rant at all because it'll just say NSFW. And I think it's unreasonable to tell someone that their NSFW rant needs a SFW title.

So my thoughts are either A.) We just mitigate the risk as much as possible and accept the risk elsewhere. For example, don't have profile pics at all, allow for NSFW titles, and allow for NSFW usernames. Then we just worry about labeling rant content as NSFW B.) Have a completely different "site", like a NSFW area. All NSFW rants and NSFW users will be relegated to this area.

Agreed: don't worry about titles or usernames. Don't have profile pics until priority 3 and even then maybe just use gravitar so we don't have to worry about user uploaded images.

As for the rants, make a new table in the "database" which rants are added to once they get X number of reports and build on the front end the ability to go through them. This page should not be linked to and should only allow moderators.
