Access to Database #3

Hi Keith,

Thank you for this tool and for making it accessible. I'm trying to build this tool locally, for which i need the Tractography database. Is it possible to get access to the database, which you already built?

Hi Tom,

The database is quite large (1.3TB in total). It is stored on AWS S3. Due to data transfer costs, we cannot make it openly downloadable, but we can arrange for transfers on a case-by-case basis. Let me know if you are interested and we can start a discussion.

Hi Keith,

Thank you for the quick response. We are trying to set up a pipeline on our lab cluster that includes Nemo, and for that, a local installation would be very helpful. Therefore, a transfer would be very beneficial for us.
