Add extra step in configuration steps to enable the module by running: phpenmod brotli

phpenmod is a dedicated Ubuntu command.

There is no command, but a distribution is available.

OK. It may be helpful then to add instructions on how to enable the module for other platforms (with the phpenmod for Ubuntu). i'll close this.
