Sorry for the delay in replying.
It looks like you do not have Hugin installed in "C:/Program Files/Hugin Expert". That's the only place the configure script looks for an installation. I haven't touched this project for over 5 years so that's about as much as I can say right now.
How serious are you about using RHugin? I would be happy to work with you to get the package running if it's critical. If you are still just trying things out, I would encourage you to try out the officially supported Python API (http://download.hugin.com/webdocs/manuals/Python/).

Dear Kjell Konis: When i install RHugin, a error always occurs, "Error: Hugin not found in C:/Program Files/Hugin Expert", "error:configuration failed for package 'RHugin". however, i had installed it (Hugin research HDE 9.1,had license) " , and the RTools devtools, graph and Rgraphviz had been installed in R 4.2.1 (Windows 10) what should I do?
