UVC disables itself and settings are reset on scene play #8

Pressing play causes the UVC to turn off and all settings to be reset. I have to toggle it on again and say "yes I am using SVN" each time. Additionally, all settings I have are reset.

When I click "validate setup" I get the following error that could be related svn: E155007: 'D:/Unity' is not a working copy.
