What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Used an Externalinfowindow for displaying info. 
2.Unable to change the z-index of the window to make marker visible above
the window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To show Marker above Externalinfowindow 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Externalinfowindow 1.0
