Telegram Files Problem #8

I found that some telegram files can't be download thru this bot before this I am using the version published on July 2021. and everything was okay but then I use the latest November 2021 version, problem happen, can't download n upload some file to GDrive.. same type which is "mp4"

seems like problem on pyrogram. here I attach some logs Screenshot (31)
