I'm afraid not - are you familiar with Laravel? It's a pretty standard Laravel install, I just grabbed it from Composer. Did you have any specific questions?

No don't know laravel, be nice with a install and quick user guide.

I don't think it's noted in the README, but - as of this writing, this is just an API. There is no visual component. I'll update the documentation.
