Add shortcut for performing a tied-next slide #17

Would like a way to call an auto transition synchronized with a next slide. This should only have an effect when it is a liturgy slide.

first implemented in 1.6.1.10 BUG using tied-next slide on a liturgy slide (preset cam source, on slide) to a tied-next slide to liturgy slide does not work. Simply goes to full liturgy slide. Also if guard mode is enabled it can get stuck in half transition.
