Generators do not seem to consume fuel #4

Not sure if this is only related to using the generators on a server, but the generators do not appear to consume any fuel, yet they keep generating RF. I have not validated this behavior in single player.

Thanks for pointing this out, can't believe I or anybody else didn't catch this sooner!
