Adding missing required package pexpect

From what I can tell, pexpect comes from pygatt here: https://github.com/peplin/pygatt/blob/ab24980d84e3d7043802e3ff27d1bd7412a584cc/setup.py#L36

Please reopen if that doesn't make sense!
